IN BETWEEN
Made with room for the whole story.
ABOUT IN BETWEEN
A place built for the in between.
In Between is an adoptee-led community for people navigating adoption, belonging, culture, identity, and everyday life. It began with Katie’s experience as a Chinese adoptee, and is being built with care for adoptees across backgrounds, cultures, and life stages.

A place to feel less alone in the in between.
In Between is a place for adoptees to share everyday life, listen to different perspectives, and form meaningful relationships—without pressure to explain, perform, or have the ‘right’ adoption story.
It began with one Asian adoptee’s experience of identity and belonging. Over time, I hope it can grow thoughtfully into a community for adoptees across backgrounds, cultures, and life stages.
